Form Privacy

There are forms on our website that require you to provide personal information. All information submitted on the forms will be treated confidentially and no form responses will be shared with third parties.

The information content of the forms and the information on the storage of form responses are specified below for each form.

Membership Application Form

The membership application form is directly linked to the secretary keeping the membership register.

The information in the membership register is processed in accordance with the privacy statement.


Membership Verification Request Form

The contact information requested on the Membership Verification Request Form is required to identify the member. The data on the form is deleted from the system after the verification request is completed.

The request is handled by the Board.


Event Registration Form

Information requested on the event registration form may include, for example, name, telephone number, email address, and any health and allergy information before attending and serving an event. The information on the registration form varies from case to case.

Separate permission is requested for the publication of lists of potential participants. Only the name of the person will be published in the list of participants, if he or she gives permission to publish the name when registering. (This must be added to the form!)

Information collected through event registration forms will be retained until the end of the event.

The data is processed by the person or persons responsible for the event (those responsible for the meditation retreat or other event, and the meditation teacher).
