The jukai sesshin is a 4 day sesshin dedicated to remind us of the Bodhisattva precepts. The sesshin includes a jukai ceremony and talks given by jukai recipients.

Sesshin is an intensive silent meditation retreat in Zen Buddhist tradition with several hours of seated meditation (Zazen) per day, talks by the teacher, private teacher student meetings, chanting, work periods, rest breaks and meals. Simple vegetarian food will be served during the sesshin.

We'll begin the sesshin on Wednesday October 14th 2026 at 18.00, and finish on Sunday the 18th at around 14.00. Full-time participation is recommended.
